Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP)

The Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP) places high school students in Department of the Navy (DoN) laboratories across the United States. Interns spend eight weeks during the summer conducting hands-on scientific and engineering research alongside professional scientists and engineers. Participants receive a competitive stipend ($4,000 for new participants, $4,500 for returning participants). Applications open annually in August and close each year on November 1.
